Cooperation between CENELEC and IEC
Dresden Agreement	Ratified in 1996, Dresden Agreement is a co-operation agreement between the IEC and the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC). The agreement relates to common planning of new work and parallel IEC/CENELEC voting. The main goal of the agreement is to avoid duplication of efforts, accelerate the standards development process and ensure the best use of resources available.
