Safeguard
(in the service sector)
"Precaution taken to prevent or reduce the impact of a failure in some aspect of service provision".
Safeguard Clause The competent national authority decides to restrict or forbid the placing on the market of a product and, possibly, the putting into service of a product, or withdraw a product from the market.
Safety "Freedom from unacceptable risk of harm".
Satisfaction Indicator Indicator measuring the quality perceived by the customer based on his expectations.

Service Sector Grouping of services and service providers created for identification, analysis or similar purposes.
Service Standard Predetermined action(s) undertaken to assist or bring pleasure to one or more people to meet specified needs in accordance with their expectations.
